The Room is Full of Weapons was developed in response to research conducted in the extensive slide library of educational art images at the Belfast School of Art in 2018 -19. The work combined analogue slideshow images and text from my own fragmented writing practice to create a simulation of an art school lecture, placing the changing slide sounds to mimic the presence of an unseen projector, the acting source of light.
